Experience at Intel looks good on your resume. You will also gain good working experience. Intel is really good about sending you to classes to gain learn and gain further expertise.

Cons

It Can be difficult to move up the career ladder. Also, there is too much paperwork that is envolved with the projects and processes.

We do have really good management, and good opportunities for growth at this company. Those are definite "pros" for me.

Cons

Other than that it is a fact that the compensation is low here, I don’t have other cons to mention.
