Pros
- descent pay - good benefits - the team that I was on had interesting work with potentially lots of room to grow, if you are willing to make sacrifices in other areas of life - not much compromise in new RTO policies, even after talking to HR with valid reasons
Cons
- almost too big, managers don't necessarily know what you do, switched managers every year or so it felt like - more work than anyone can reasonably do, they say to work psychologically safely but also the expectation is sort of that you work 60+ hours a week regularly if you want promotion. - lots of doublespeak on psychological safety
