No room for growth, They will keep you at the same position despite going above and beyond requirements for the next grade. Everyone is picking up the slack for negligent management, 40hr/week on paper commitment is actually a 60hr minimum but no compensation, Very unprofessional management (i,e, name calling. insulting. inappropriate relationships), Company struggling? They will just layoff another 20K employees,
