Pros

The Bangalore SRR Campus is widespread and good. In which team you're decide how the actual experience would be. My experience has been mixed across the 3 teams I worked in (Windows System Integration & Validation, PSG Security Firmware (now Altera again) and PCode (SoC Power Management Firmware)).

Cons

As for cons, again, totally dependent on the people around you. Not much can be generalized.
