Depending your team, your coworkers can be a joy to work with with good great life balance. There are a lot of opportunities to work on but you need to take the initiative and present a demo first to gain first mover advantage.
Cons
Pay is not as competitive especially if you live in HCOL areas. Again depending on who you work with your coworker could make your work life a living nightmare. Management can be hesitant with innovation and prefer to complete things through brute force.
