Pros

- Intel has a great working culture - Intel Policies protect employees from mistreated - Intel has huge benefits (Dental, Optical, Outpatient and etc) - Multiple bonuses to compensate the average basic salary

Cons

- Although intel has great culture and work ethics there are always politics involved at intel. Imagine creating a new project from scratch and because some other organization found it valuable they will absorb it and take it away from your team. The politics at intel is just too bad in my opinion. - If your manager is bad then your career is probably screwed. I've been a top performing employee but my promotion to next grade got delayed due to manager change (3 times).
