Large company with lots of options for horizontal movments. Can grow with responsibilities. Decent pay.

Cons

Having a lot of problems to realy change the work culture. Many interesting roles and huge projects goes nowhere because of specific managers job is dependant on not having a solution to a problem, but instead "manage" it: caused employees to quite even to less rewarding roles outside.
