Smart outstanding peers. Good benefits, avg salary, sabaticals, company wants you to grow your career. Take advantage of advanced degree reimbursement program and stock participation program. Don't stay in the same job for more then 4 years.

Cons

Lots of red tape, low morale due to constant layoffs, management afraid to take risks, stale technical leadership. Stock hasn't moved much in past 15 years.
