Opportunity is here ...

Pros

So many opportunities just in the short amount of time I've worked here. I have witnessed how this company and its employment has worked out for my fellow co-workers who are part time or have their own separate practices and for people like myself who are full time. It is flexible to your needs while still being able to balance theirs. Goals are well defined and I have a strong manager who keeps us aware of where we are at on meeting those goals in a positive way. Rewards are plentiful for meeting goals and appreciated.

Cons

No work place is perfect. You handle the speed bumps as an adult and move forward as a team. With so much fast paced growth in this new division of the company it can be a bit confusing sometimes, but most is reasonable and adaptable and due to evolution as this new division grows and develops. One definitely has to know their limits and honor their own schedule or it is easy to have it infringe on your personal life.

Pros

-Flexible work schedule -Employee centric environment -Tons of training available -Room for growth -Lots of opportunity -Tons of support from manager and leads -Opportunity for career change (taxes, accounting, etc) -Equipment provided -Paid time off -Benefits

Cons

-Initially, can feel overwhelming after two weeks of training -Constant change (which is a good thing, but sometimes rolled out before known and can cause glitches) -Easy to get lost in the motion if not constantly reaching out and making yourself involved (must be driven and make yourself stand out)
