- Team environment - great managers - yearly bonus - yearly raise - Fair rating system - fantastic benefits program - Internal Mobility encouraged - did I mention great Team work moral!

Cons

-Stress - everyday there is a new change. - must be willing to pivot at a moments notice. - Don't apply if you don't like change. - Customer Service based job must have a tough outer skin and a sense of humor.

Low Pay Broken Promises of Upward Mobility Focus is on Surveys - an 8/10 or less is not good, most of the low scores are product related (you can be fired for low % not are you providing good customer service). Turbo Tax Select (seasonal) workers get reimbursed for CPE, certification renewals but not QB side although we do the same thing. If staff shortage, it feels like a "sweat shop", you have to note cases at the end of the shift.
