Pros

I really love working for Intuit! I believe when you treat employees good and with respect, it shows in their work output. The management is super communicative, helpful, and understanding, and accommodating. Let's talk about the benefits though! We have Dental, health, vision, Stock purchase plans, 401(k) with 125% match and sooo much more that I am STILL discovering. The team allows you to grow as well! I honestly love it.

Cons

The cons are that pay is not great but I feel like the benefits circumvent this. You also operate on PST so if you're anywhere else in the country you have to deal with the time difference, which may mean later start and end times for the work day, which to me is not bad since we WFH , but it's worth mentioning.
