Employee-first approach, the only company I know that keeps saying the employees are the number 1 asset to the company and act in that way! Cutting edge technologies, endless opportunities to grow, always looking for employee feedback and you can feel your voice being heard. Competitive compensation and a very nice package of benefits including health insurance, and well-being plans, Intuit measures itself against the big FAANG companies. The move to Intuit was trajectory changing to my career!!

Cons

They take Corona still very seriously, too serious in my opinion.
