Pros

Data and design are major drivers of product at Intuit. The work of the data analytics and data science teams is in very high demand and direct influence on product and marketing decisions. You'll be granted a large amount of autonomy to do your best work.

Cons

High autonomy can mean less standardization, so accessing code and data outside your team can be a headache, but the company is addressing that problem.

Pros

The individual contributors were often great unless they were not

Cons

Culture eroded in my org. Toxicity and arrogance in leadership. Many people were abandoning ship.
