Pros

Intuit prioritizes employee experience the same as customer experience. In the quarterly 'State of the Company' meeting, CEO and HR addressed issues and questions that employees cared. During the pandemic time , the company gave generous sick days, family leave, and especially recharge days; For new hires, onboarding was streamlined and there was a survey after that to make sure you had everything needed.

Cons

The company is making progress but not at an ideal state yet regarding unified service capabilities, infrastructure, and software development governance.
