Pros
- a genuinely nice and helpful culture - taking care of customers & delivering quality is valued more than "hitting a date" - a newly energized engineering culture - a lot of focus on creating an enjoyable and rewarding environment for employees - teams and segments empowered to decide and deliver
Cons
- even though we are cutting down on meetings and have created a no-meeting day, there are still too many meetings (for management)
