Pros

- Silicon Valley Pay Structure and Benefits. Rest of San Diego doesn't match to Intuits net benefits. - Phenomenal work culture. Employees first, customer obsession, diversity&inclusion are not buzz words here. We live them every day. - Employees have been very well taken care of during this pandemic year. - General happiness scale is high! when everyone around you is stress-free having fun while working becomes easier. - Company invests a lot in personal development and continuous learning

Cons

- There's always politics with the size of the organization and socially branding, influencing is key to one's growth. While skills and merit are important I feel that the social connections play a huge role in growing here. - Long timers who have been here for over a decade could be a little entitled at times and a bit bureaucratic. Good people but you have to be on their right side.
