Pros

Great benefits and Pay. Stock price is consistently on an upward trend.

Cons

Lots of politics. Required stack ranking and bottom percentage always on a performance plan, even if you have a high performing team. Layoffs based on location last year impacted even high performers with no options for relocation offered before notification and they were all labeled poor performers by Sasan.

Pros

It used to be nice.

Cons

Too much of focus on things that are useless. There is a huge push towards trying to make customers use a product without actually giving them the features they want.
