Pros

Benefits are okay Bonus and stock plan are good Work can be rewarding

Cons

Leadership has become toxic under the current CEO. The company no longer feels like Intuit of before that cares about employees. It is now a shareholder first company and aggression is rewarded. Bullying from the C-suite is common place and acknowledged by CEO and chief people officer. They are okay with it as long as shareholders are taken care of so toxicity is rampant now. It’s amazing what a poor CEO can do to a company in a relatively short timeframe.
