Pros

Able to develop professionally in a rich feedback environment. A positive environment where peers work together to reach goals and help the bigger team to succeed. A place where the company values are actually part of decision making.

Cons

Particular division is in multiple time zones and countries across the globe. Coordinating meeting times is at times a challenge, but this is no different for other companies with global presence.

Pros

Solving challenging problems that enable Small Business owners and Tax Payers to get more time back and money in their pockets. The culture is best in class. It is incredible to work with people who share your passion and are driven.

Cons

Similar to many large companies, there are some legacy tech debt items you have to navigate to ship. It can feel challenging to navigate the matrix, but this is where the culture and the people come into play and compensate for the frustration.
