Pros

Very strong culture of innovation and inclusion. Regardless of your job function, there is an expectation that you are always looking to innovate and create an awesome experience for every aspect of the company.. internal employees and call center agents all the way through to end customers. The pace of change is incredible and along with it opportunities to change and grow. Business leaders are highly engaged and visible throughout the organization.

Cons

Can get very hectic during tax season as everyone pitches in to deliver a flawless tax season. In addition, the shadow of a culture where everyone has a voice means that decisions are often revisited

Pros

People Company Culture Opportunity to work with international teams Pay and benefits Great campus Opportunity to learn new skills

Cons

Leadership void below the most senior levels. Company hires outsiders to drive change, but middle leaders hold on to old ways of working. Change management is lacking. Leaders declare change, but do little to facilitate it.
