      Pros

      Intuit is an amazing place to work. The people believe in their mission, and the benefits are the best I've ever seen. It is a progressive work environment and people can truly speak their mind there.

      Cons

      But a lot of success depends on who you work for. There is too much latitude given to some executives who truly have no idea what they are doing and who are wasting tens of millions of dollars in chasing old, tired strategies. It's sad really.
