Pros

good products. company is investing in newer technologies. collaborative culture. very good training offered to employees on regular basis.

Cons

talent is uneven. some engineers are the worse i have met skill wise. many are producing a horrific 100 lines of code per quarter. they have been with the company for over 12 years and already operating in retirement mode. the pace is slow becausr of them. the pay was also trailing the market by a good amount.
