Pros

Products that sell because they own tax prep.

Horrible work life balance, relatively moderate benefits and almost no perks. No one wants to be there. Offices are empty on many afternoons.

Pros

Fantastic benefits, strong company vision, great product

Cons

The strategy changes each year, accompanies by annual layoffs. There is a ton of emphasis on moving fast, without any reprioritization leading to every team being overworked and understaffed. No consistency on rewards/spending, some teams are able to spend massive money on frivolous perks while others, especially Care, can't afford lunch.
