Pros

1. People are decent and professional 2. Work-wise it is good and you will learn a lot when you get an opportunity.

Cons

1. You are a second-grade citizen or treated like that by the Intuit Company and its employees 2. You will be overworked and dumped with more than the work you can handle 3. Any work which Intuit FTE does not want to do will be dumped on you. 4. There will be little training or support for the work you need to do. 5. You are a work horse on which any wanted work will be assigned. 6. It really hurts self-respect working in such an environment. 7. Average workweek is at least 60 hours (12 hours/day). 8. Exploits Contract employees to keep the company in the Best Places to work for the FTEs.
