-Awesome company culture -Everyone is super friendly and nice (not your typical Silicon Valley competitive culture) -Lots of opportunities to move around and try different roles -Great support system and trainings opportunities for employees just starting their career

Cons

-Sometimes bureaucracy gets in the way. I guess that's to be expected with a large company

Pros

Friendly, open environment with people who care about the ideas you bring to the table. Best place I've found to work in silicon valley in 10+ years. Compared to other SV companies Intuit has better work life balance, fantastic benefits, and a real talent for focusing on what the customer wants in a product.
