Pros

Benefits, 401k, stock, hybrid, benefit

Cons

- HR is not for employees. Do not engage - Poor management, does not follow the sentiment Sasan uses to energize employees during state of the company - favoritism - Integrity without compromise is a myth - lack of structured performance evaluation, lack of consistent documentation - promotions are a popularity contest...managers vote on who gets promoted - Internal survey is not confidential...make sure you rate your managers high

+ Cares about their employees; great benefits. + Cares about the customers, with lots of ways to interact with them. + Filled with very bright, and incredibly nice, people solving challenging problems. + Easy to switch roles/teams to grow your skillset + They love people who leave, gain skills elsewhere, and then come back.

Cons

Can be hard to get a promotion. Minimal managerial training around operational tasks. A very consensus driving culture.
