Pros

The org has many strengths: generous compensation, org wide mission for helping the customer, subjective opinions kept in check with objective data, and not many egos. Every level is accountable for behavior and actions which keeps environment healthy. Super smart contributors; feel like I'm constantly learning and growing.

Cons

Initiatives can be blocked by quarterly pivots, which interferes with realizing needed product improvements, multiple teams trying to solve same problems without alignment results in inconsistent/complicated customer experience, severe multitasking (juggling many projects, many meetings, many stakeholders) results in slow progress and IC burnout.
