Pros

Decent pay, wellness benefits, only need to be onsite 2 days a week.

Cons

Company has lost its way, current CEO is fixated on profits as result it's bringing the worst out in PMs. Both customers and employees are getting the short end of the stick. I'd recommend stay away till this CEO leaves.

Pros

Benefits, flexibility for family, the company is a strong advocate for talking with customers, lots of support and resources for reseach.

Cons

Too many dependencies and blockers to ship things. Having to work to cater for different countries can mean starting work way early and finishing really late.
