Pros

- People actually take vacation and sick days - Benefits: PTO, Sick days, health and wellness stipend, LOTS of holidays off - Work life balance - You can advocate for design having an opinion in a PD/PM world - Talented PM and PD partners - Hybrid 2-3 days a week (flexible though if circumstantial)

Cons

- Work can be mundane at times/big company = long and often slow timelines - Skip/manager turn over - Not a lot of younger folks - A little bit on the lower end of base pay, but not terrible

Pros

- tackling meaningful problems for small businesses - great overall benefits - employee-focused approach to leadership

Cons

- too many meetings yet not a lot of alignment in spite of all these meetings - managers who aren't skilled at the job they are managing so they don't provide useful coaching or feedback
