Pros

-Really smart leaders at the top that invest in their employees -Great benefits -Lots of opportunities to grow within your career here -Strong values that the company truly lives by -Really values the customer and seeks to understand -Uses data in all decision making

Cons

-There are a lot of inefficiencies, which probably happens with a lot of big companies that has had multiple acquisitions. For example there are multiple systems when one can do the job. Different departments use different systems. -Limited PTO -I haven't seen much knowledge sharing or cross-departmental collaboration to create efficiencies . - The onboarding was not streamlined into a standardize learning journey and the onboarding was optional.
