I am very disappointed with the “corporate” practice of forced rankings that have Infiltrated the Boise campus. They don’t announce it but it’s there, at end of year you are forced to have a certain amount of employees in the lowest rating where they are either let go or don’t get bonuses or stock. This is a huge morale killer and fosters negative team building.
