      Pros

      I've found the general culture within my team to be quite good. Good positive energy, hard working individuals that demonstrate great ownership of team assets and very willing to help out and provide guidance if help is needed.

      Cons

      Decision making is very frantic and priorities change frequently impacting delivery and leading to tight deadlines. 3 days RTO from 2 (might even go to 4) so WFH flexibility is slowly dwindling.
