Pros

Flexibility, everyone’s very nice and helpful

Cons

Your benefits are drastically limited as a select time employee. No maternity leave, vacation and sick time accumulate based on your hours worked.. Promotions are very hard to get and there is so much mobility you will move around a lot so it’s important your flexible, also there is barely any bookkeeping / accounting your mainly a call center btw

Pros

Generally, a great company with good core values. They treat their employees very well and have generous benefits.

Cons

Towards the end of my career, they had instituted mandatory "low performer" quotas - which is not right and was somewhat of a culture killer. It created a fear-based culture instead of anything positive. That, and they lay large amounts of people off often.
