Pros

Vision of the company is great but management is horrible. Good Pay and benefits.

Cons

The kind of managers the company has wants to waste intuit's money and it's valuable resources. Like someone pointed out here, unless you play smoochy smoochy with management they kick you out the door or stifle your advancement and screw you up your performance reviews. Extreme micromanaging, extreme bossy... All they care about is process and have several meetings and go in circles on the same topic. People are quitting because of talent abuse - Wake up!! Several business units are facing this issue. Internal politics is just terrible.

Pros

Brad Smith is the best CEO you will ever work for.

Cons

new management has come in from eBay and changed the culture 180 degrees. There is no desire for the team from eBay to try to fit in, instead they want to push their culture onto us, We call them the Dementors. The Dementors feed upon human happiness and thus cause depression and despair to anyone near them.
