Pros

Amazing people to work with. Lots of benefits, medical, 401k stock, yearly bonuses

Cons

Extreme turn over rate with management. You are shifted to new teams and new rolls with out your consent or pat that reflects it.

Pros

- Great leadership at International level and local EMEA level, having brought in some new leaders - Customer focussed; there's a real passion to solve the problems of our customers - Hiring great talent from big tech companies - Leaders are invested in developing the managers - Good compensation and benefits - Free lunches at least twice a month, free snacks daily

Cons

The business is moving at a fast pace, sometimes it would be good to take a beat before rushing in a certain direction and having to change or pull back.
