Intuit has a strong focus on customers and wanting to help our customers run the best way possible. Intuit is also extremely aware and responsive to employee concerns and needs. Their benefits are top notch. A focus on employees growth is apparent from the executive leadership team down to my local managers. Our personal and work families are taken into consideration with decisions made.

Cons

Intuit is a large company so it's sometimes difficult to find ways to collaborate across different business segments.
