      Beware of cutthroat culture and scapegoating

      Great benefits and good people across the company.

      Cons

      Intuit does frequent layoffs, allows unscrupulous managers to scapegoat employees for failures in strategy, and paints high performing employees as Do Not Meets when they need to make numbers.
