Pros

None really. The place is awful.

Cons

I started off on a contract. It was all about how you can score on Tests, rather than how you can best help the customer. I literally had someone in my class who didn’t even know how to change the time on her laptop and wasted literally six hours of 65+ people’s day, But they keep her, and yet got rid of high-quality people because they didn’t pass silly skill checks that had nothing to do with the job at hand.

Pros

Stability of company and compensation

Cons

Attrition of good people in certain groups…A lot of friction when trying to shift to different roles internally - there’s a misperception that external people are the magic unicorns, or friends of hiring manager get preferential treatment. There should be more transparency and more oversight

Pros

Pay and benefits are excellent

Cons

Worklife balance is non-existent, very political and obvious favoritism throughout. Culture has changed dramatically over last three years.
