Pros

The culture is inclusive and empowering. 20 years in the technology field and I have never worked at a company that helps women feel empowered, respected and confident. I love my job, my team and the work we do. Educational opportunities are available and the mangers activly help develop their individual work employees.

Cons

The only grip I have is the drive, but unfortunately that is my choice due to family circumstances.
