Pros

Good pay and benefits Kind, smart people

Cons

Strategy continually shifts, driven from above without clear data to inform direction. Causes churn and busywork for teams. Seems similar to other big tech companies these days

Pros

Remote work, good pay and bonuses

Cons

Performance based on customer survey questions with the first question that determines your score about the product not the employee

Pros

Excellent salary, great campus and benefits. Plenty of experience to gain from working here

Cons

Company is desperately pushing for AI in order to hire less engineers, but not sure how to implement yet. Plus the feeling of competing against your coworkers due to layoffs every year. No clear performance metrics outlined either when onboarding. Quality of work from senior level engineers is questionable for being a top tech company. Most probably played the politics game well enough to remain on a team long term. At the moment, H1B visas and cutting costs appear to be the priority of the company over quality when I left. Foreshadowing endless tech debt for full time employees in the future
