Pros

Work life balance, benefits, swag a plenty,

Cons

Everything gets orchestrated at Intuit India, be it technical or non-technical domain - One can survive and grow only if you know to suck up, patronize & bootlick the leaders - Values are compromised on daily basis right from the top - Power lies with few so-called leaders - Its all about celebration but no innovation, no ideas, - Politics at senior and middle level - Its only about advertisement on social media - how do we eat, play, celebrate, but nothing about technical. You will find the same faces on the videos, pictures, even they are asked to post replies on social - Employee Engagement Survey & GPTW survey: Reminds me of politicians who visit/ talk to you before the elections. Employees get special treatment and leaders show that they care and one can experience this 2 months before each survey cycle (ask any old timer who has been in Intuit India for more than 3 years). What's even more fascinating is the way leaders influence employees to take the survey (& yes, we are made to give positive reviews. GPTW Ambassadors are asked to walk the floor and make employees respond to the survey in front of them. Very much against the principle of anonymity), tells us about the leaders desperation to earn high scores or rank just so that they can brag about how good their leadership skills are and how good their team is when anyone visits within or outside the walls of Intuit. Again, to earn brownie points from the US leaders. - we can organize gala annual day, but can't use that money for the right things - One can get hired immediately, if you are from a particular organization or if you have worked together in the past - Now more of a services culture, thanks to many who have been hired from services organization. Then again recruitment team will do exactly as told by the leaders. I can go about writing the cons, and I know many employees would agree but they wouldnt come forward to attest these as they worry about them getting booted out and better yet getting their hikes/ promotions getting impacted. So , the unfortunate thing is to sit down and embrace this "change".

Not evaluated on actual merit

Pros

Not many. Some of the people are nice.

Cons

Management is awful. Performance reviews are a joke. They predetermine what your bonus will be and then write your performance review to justify rather than basing it on actual merit or performance.
