Unethical leader promoted into a role out of this persons capabilities- great product/project manager does not equal a good people leader

Culture turning ugly

Pros

Intuit has great benefits, stock is doing good, good brand. Used to have an employee centric culture. That had changed.

Cons

Intuit has brought on short sighed management who is making "bold" changes mainly to justify then being brought on. They are doing it by instilling fear, not being transparent, and showing no respect for employees who stands in their way because they are caring about the business.

Pros

Financially stable and the culture pushes to thrive for better technology.

Cons

Very political environment. The engineers are pushed hard and the management will not support their engineers when it is needed. In addition, culture is geared toward younger engineers and slowly they push out the older engineers.
