Pros

Lots of bonuses and incentives. Room for growth and free education. Schedules are very flexible and offers remote positions

Cons

Like every other job, there are some managers that are not helpful. Most positions only last a few months so you have to look for fulltime work after it's over

Pros

The company offers good conditions, a high salary, many events and gifts. It provides comfortable offices and takes care of all the employees’ needs, both during wartime and at home.

Cons

No work-life balanace, some of the co-workers are tough to work with, there are no team leaders, just managment, the evaluation porcess makes workers afraid and sabotage each other instead of making them improve and work together.
