Pros

Pay is good. Benefits are great. Business Class travel for visit to US office. Company pays for commute, internet, phone bills. Company gives high end phones and laptops and any other required tech hardware without a fuss. Lots of opportunities to make internal mobility moves incase you’re not happy with your current team.

Cons

Quality of product delivery is poor. Quality of coworker skills, and communication is largely poor. Work that comes to India site feels ancillary to the work that gets assigned to US counterparts. Late night calls are frequent. Speed of product delivery is slow. Overall feels like the work you do is not valuable to the company or your own career. Senior management is not particularly effective. Mostly come across as delegators and reviewers of work. Decision making is really poor.
