Pros

This company place very high value on good customer service. This good customer service applies equally in how Intuit's employee are treated with the company. I love working for this company and the company atmosphere.

Cons

The Cons are there are many resources to improve you as a worker, but this is not really a con.

Pros

Very flexible hours and days, accommodating, excellent 401-K match plan,

Cons

Not prepared for influx of full service clients in SET (10 day delays are unconscionable and should not be acceptable to company leadership), feeling of Big Brother constantly watching, too much time scheduled to take calls, many times the full day, no allowance to prepare returns, AHOD not fair to FS preparers (or their clients) when commitments have been made
