Pros

1. Great work life balance 2. Work from home, free food, free commute facility, free snacks. 3. Company promotes learning new technologies by sponsoring training, certifications etc.

Cons

1. Managers judge you based on how much you talk and not by how much of work you do. 2. Too much focus on Visibility and show off 3. Internal mobility although encouraged, but managers take revenge on the employees by giving poor ratings. 4. Lot of politics for hikes and promotion. 5. Frequent re-orgs and layoffs.

Pros

- Good work-life balance. If you come from a start up to Intuit you will be incredibly relaxed - There are smart people at intuit. As with any big company you need to hunt to find them but there are some excellent people to work with - Culture is good. People are generally really nice and open to helping each other out - Intuit monopolizes it's market. yay

Cons

- Personal growth is slow - There is "title inflation" ie a senior engineer may or may not actually be senior
