Pros

Great company, pays well, and help is always there when you need it

Cons

Training was crammed, and a lot of materials are just being skimmed through. In a short period of time you get to be put on phones and you are expected to handle all type of questions thrown at you.

Pros

As a FT remote employee, the advantages are numerous, mostly for the convenience from working at home. There are cost savings, comfort levels, and conversing/working with employees from all over the country. I believe we can work just as efficiently as our on site counterparts.

Cons

We get emails about on-site functions that we miss out on. Lacking is the ability to get to know fellow workers (limited) as in an office setting. At times communication is one of the biggest problems from working at home to always get information needed to be informed and comfortably do the work.
