Pros

1. Benefits. There are lots and lots of benefits. 2. On-time appraisal with good hike plus most importantly RSU every appraisal cycle based on performance. We get very good RSU every year 3. Culturally decent corporate company. Not talking about politics and all which exists 4. Great care of employees where feedbacks and all matters a lot 5. Gifts. Lots of them 6. Good focus on employee training and upskilling

Cons

The company is really great and the cons are only handpicked ones 1. Work is of course team dependent. I do have great work, but some teams are having a slow culture 2. There are issues during the promotion as it's not easy to get a promotion here 3. It's a fully grown corporate company and hence there is a lot of showcase of small work needed for management. Sometimes feel that we show work to management more than the work itself. None of the above points is any hindrance to me but good to know about the company.

Pros

Great benefits like 401k match and vacation time (if you get to use it)

Cons

EVERYTHING else lol Management is horrible from the top down... they say they care about employees and customers but they don't at all. In the last month three sales managers and countless sales reps have left. You are in front of your computer and on the phone ALL day with little breaks. Good luck with development because there is NONE. So understaffed but yet that's the employees problem. Want coaching.. good luck. Expect the goals to keep going up and up and maybe 30% hit them.... If you want stressed to the point where it is unhealthy this is the place for you as I know many people that have to go on leave for it. Plus underpaid by a lot, I know SDR's that make more than we are paid. Do yourself a favor and just look the other way
