Pros

The job provides a lot of variety and if you are a go-getter you can learn all aspects of the company business.

Cons

Dysfunctional management. Females hit glass ceiling quickly. Never had a female CEO. Don't expect to be paid equally for your contribution. Intuit has a long history of unequal treatment. Use them for a year for the experience then move to a more egalitarian company.

Pros

Great health benefits, large company to build up resume, competitive salary, annual wellness program, and free turbo tax.

Cons

Toxic work environment, lots of gossiping, lack of leadership, doesn't walk the talk regarding values, voice is not heard because of your gender, inclusion really doesn't exist, zero career development or career growth, lots of barriers to do your job.
