Pros

Great work life balance Best in class benefits Generally good people all around

Cons

Politics and trying to go after any new shiny new thing without thinking about how it aligns with the broader goals of the company AI/ML as keywords have been abused at Intuit with data analysts calling themselves data scientists; all they do is write SQL queries and have little to no understanding of statistics

Pros

Good benefits, allow us to wfh as much as we want. Work life balance is pretty good.

Cons

Intuit is not a tech company. They try really hard to seem like they are a tech company, but every engineer that works here will tell you its not one. Promotions are way too political, they don't care about top engineering skills. There are quite a few core problems with internal infra structure. It was created by engineers decades back, and now those engineers are at the top of the engineering ladder. All they care about is protecting what they created decades ago, even though its actively hurting the company now.

Pros

Good Pay, Bonus and Benefits

Cons

Too many Indians in Management, started dirty politics. Ultimately will take over company similar way happened in MSFT and GOOG.
